Parks is developing a breathtaking
new sports and retail attraction -
EX Parks Waveparks. Not only do we
provide the best boardsport, entertainment,
retail and eating experience, you
won't find another venue like it in
the UK. Our entire development is
to be housed in a unique large open-plan
tent structure that's fully insulated
and heated in winter, but which can
also be opened on those hot summer
days so you can catch the rays while
you surf. EX Parks Wavepark will incorporate:

10 ft breaking competition class stationary
sheet wave.
- FlowRider®
beginners and recreational wave.
- Skatepark
street course and ramps.

SKATEPARKS
EX Parks is redefining skateparks, pioneering
the new generation of high quality indoor
urban-based extreme sports theme parks
across the UK. Each park is anchored
around a huge indoor skatepark for skateboards,
inline skating and BMX, with fashion
retail, hardware sales and food and
drinks all under one roof. Comfortable
social and spectator areas allow friends
and families to join in the experience,
and additional activities like indoor
artificial wall climbing bring added
thrills and excitement. Each venue features:

street course & ramps, with pro
& beginner areas.

EX Parks is pursuing several sites throughout the
UK for Skateparks and Waveparks. We're aiming to have
the first EX Parks Skatepark up and running during
2004, and the first Wavepark running by summer 2005.

displayed on the riding surfaces and around the venues.

- Ex Parks will be holding frequent competitions
